When you call before 11:00 AM on weekdays, the AHN Neuroscience Institute at Saint Vincent Hospital will offer you a same-day appointment with a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant that same day.
If you call after 11:00 AM on weekdays or over the weekend, we’ll work to find the next available appointment that’s convenient for you.
Same-day appointments are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.

If you need to be seen as soon as possible with an urgent back injury, please go to the nearest emergency facility or dial 9-1-1.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Same-day back pain appointments are offered from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
If you call on Saturday or Sunday, please leave a message with your name and phone number. Our staff will return your call the following Monday and work with you to schedule the soonest available appointment that is convenient for you.
While we offer same-day appointments as a convenience for our patients, you always have the option to schedule your appointment on a different day.
